Making a purchase

  1. How do I make a Purchase?

    Once you have selected your product by size and colour just click the 'Add To Bag' button. Then choose to either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. Our easy-to-use online guide will take you through the payment process step by step, allowing you to cancel the purchase at any point.

  2. How safe is the online purchasing process?

    We use a system called Braintree used by many large companies. We believe that it is the most secure electronic payment mechanism available. Your credit/debit card details are not visible to N.Peal staff at any level and we do not store any credit card information. N.Peal takes your security and privacy seriously and all transactions are encrypted to the highest level.

  3. Can I purchase over the phone?

  1. How will I know that my order is being processed?

    When you place an order with N.Peal you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email to let you know once your order has been dispatched.

  2. Will I get a receipt?

    We have a legal obligation to provide you with a receipt. So your receipt will be emailed to you following the successful transaction.

  3. When will I receive my order?

    All UK orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Orders to other countries will take a little longer.

  4. How do I contact N.Peal?

  5. Can I track my order?

    You will receive an email and tracking number once your order has been dispatched, with a link to track your delivery on the UPS website for delivery to UK and Europe or the Royal Mail website for deliveries to USA and Rest of the world. You can also email for an update on your order status.

  6. Can I add items to an existing order?

  1. Where does N.Peal ship to?

    We will ship to the delivery address you require. All orders are dispatched by special delivery and will require a signature on receipt.

  2. What are the delivery charges?

  3. Can I receive next day delivery in the UK?

    For urgent delivery we suggest you speak directly with our customer service team on call +44 (0) 207 235 2471 (Mon-Sat 10am-7pm, Sun 11am-5pm) and we will endeavor to meet your request.

  4. Will I need to sign for the delivery?

    You will need to sign for your delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery you will receive a card with instructions on how to collect your item or arrange re-delivery.


  1. Can I return items?

    In the very unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days for exchange or refund in full, provided the goods are returned in their original condition. Please email to arrange to return your item.
