Ordering and customer service

All our orders are taken from the shelves of our Burlington Arcade store. They are then elegantly gift wrapped by hand before being boxed and sent out to you.

Deliveries

All orders are delivered within 7 days. Your order will be sent out using recorded delivery, so you will need to make sure there's someone around to sign for it. If your choice is currently out of stock, we will be in touch to let you know when to expect your delivery. If you are not at home you will get a card through the door to let you know that your item is awaiting collect from your local Royal Mail depot.
