All our orders are taken from the shelves of our Burlington Arcade store. They are then elegantly gift wrapped by hand before being boxed and sent out to you.

Delivery information

All orders are delivered within 7 days. Your order will be sent out using recorded delivery, so you will need to make sure there's someone around to sign for it. If you are not at home you will get a card through the door to let you know that your item is awaiting collection from your local Royal Mail depot. In the unlikely event that your chosen item is out of stock we will be in touch to let you know when to expect your delivery.
