Making a purchase

How do I make a Purchase?

Once you have chosen your product just click the 'Add To Basket' button. Then choose to either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. Then our easy-to-use online guide will take you through the payment process step by step allowing you to cancel the purchase at any point.

How safe is the online purchasing process?

We use a system called SagePay used by many large companies. We believe that it is the most secure electronic payment mechanism available. Your credit/debit card details are not visible to N.Peal staff at any level and we do not store any credit card information. N.Peal takes your security and privacy seriously and all transactions are encrypted to the highest level. You can also pay using either Google Checkout or PayPal.

Which size should I choose?

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including AMEX. For other requirements please call our London store on +44 (0) 207 4996 485.

When will my payment be taken from my account?

No payment will be taken from your account until your order has been dispatched to you.

Your order

How will I know that my order is being processed?

When you purchase a product from N.Peal you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email to let you know once your order has been dispatched.

Will I get a receipt?

We have a legal obligation to provide you with a receipt. So your receipt will be emailed to you following the successful transaction.

When will I receive my order?

All orders will be delivered within 7 days if in stock. Otherwise you will be notified.

How do I contact N.Peal?

Can I track my order?

Your order confirmation email contained a code that you can use to track your product. Click here to visit the Business Post website and enter that code. You can also email sales@npeal.com for an update on your order status.

Can I add items to an existing order?

If you want to add items to an order please email sales@npeal.com and we will endeavour to meet your request.

Delivery

Where does N.Peal ship to?

We ship to the delivery address you require. All orders are dispatched by special delivery and require a signature on receipt.

Can I receive next day delivery in the UK?

For urgent delivery we suggest you speak directly with the London store and if the item is in stock we shall endeavour to mail the item the same day for next day delivery.

Will I need to sign for the delivery?

You will need to sign for your delivery which will arrive before 1pm the day after dispatch.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you require a change of delivery address please email sales@npeal.com and we will endeavour to meet your request.

Returns

Can I return items?

In the very unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days for exchange or refund in full. We will provide a freepost number for this (UK ADDRESS ONLY).
