The delivery times quoted are carrier provided timescales, however in most cases your order may arrive sooner. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any order and international orders could be subject to customs delays which are unfortunately out of our control.

UK Mainland next day delivery*
Order by 1pm Monday to Friday to receive your order on the next working day via DPD (not available during sale periods). If your order is placed on a weekend, bank holiday, or after 1pm, your order will leave us on the next working day. This service is only available to customer living within mainland UK and excludes the following postcodes.

All UK orders are delivered via our courier DPD.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from DPD with your delivery details including a 1 hour delivery window and some options in case you are not available.
If you have supplied your mobile number, you will also receive an SMS on the delivery day with this information.
If DPD are not able to safely leave your parcel, you will receive a card through the door with instructions on how to collect your parcel or re-arrange delivery.

All international orders will be delivered via our courier DHL.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from the courier including your tracking details. All deliveries need to be signed for so please make sure there will be someone at the delivery address. If you are not at home, you will be notified by DHL and a redelivery will be attempted. Unfortunately, we do not currently delivery to BFPO addresses.

Delivery timescales at times can take a little longer depending on the destination. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders.


We offer a delivery duty paid (DDP) service to a lot of countries around the world. This means that any duties or customs fees have already been paid when the parcel arrives with you.

Unfortunately it is not possible to offer this in every country, and if you are placing an order to be delivered to the countries listed here you may receive duty and customs charges and these must be paid for by you before delivery can be made. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be.


All N.Peal items are made to the highest quality however if you find an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund. Alternatively if you wish to exchange it for a more suitable size or colour we can also arrange this for you. To arrange an exchange please contact us.


Returning a mainland UK order

For orders delivered within the UK mainland we offer a FREE returns and exchange service if made via our courier. To print your free returns label and drop off your parcel at a local DPD drop off store, please click here.

Please note these services are only available to customers who order within mainland UK and not available in Ireland.

Returning an order from outside mainland UK

Unfortunately due to the increasing charges for returning items from outside mainland UK, returns for ALL international orders must be made at your own cost.

Please note that all items are returned to us at your own risk and we therefore recommend you choose a registered or tracked postal service or organise your return via our customer service team. We are not liable for any items that you return to us and cannot issue a refund until the goods are received. All items must be returned in perfect, resaleable condition. Note: As we trade in GBP and due to fluctuations in international exchange rates, some refunds for international orders may vary slightly to the initial order value.
