UK ORDERS

For UK Mainland orders we offer two easy FREE ways to return your items.

  • DPD Returns
  1. Generate your returns labels via https://returns.dpd.co.uk/npeal/GB/home.
  2. Place your items in the original parcel or a suitable box and include the invoice (packing slip) that came with your original delivery.
  3. Complete the DPD Returns Label by writing down your order number. You can find your order number on the packing slip or your order confirmation email. This will help us to link the return to your original order.
  4. Stick the label to the outside of the box.
  5. Visit dpd.co.uk/pickuplocator to find your nearest pick-up-shop, and drop off your parcel at your local store.
  6. Please ensure you request a receipt so you are able to track your order and have proof of parcel drop-off.
  • DPD Collection
  1. If you are unable to return to a DPD pick-up-shop we can arrange a courier collection:
  2. Contact us at hello@npeal.com and we will arrange a courier collection for you; please include your order number for reference and details of the item you wish to return.
  3. Our customer service team will be in touch so you can select a date and time that works for you and they will schedule with DPD.
  4. Our customer service team will organise any documentation and send with the courier at the agreed collection time.

If you choose to return your parcel via Royal Mail, this can be done at your own cost and can be sent to,

RETURNING FROM OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK.

If you would like to make a return from outside of mainland UK this can be done at your own cost and can be sent to:

Please note we cannot accept liability for any returns sent to us and are not able to issue a credit until the garments are received.

All garments must be returned in perfect, re-saleable condition.

Please ensure you always obtain a proof of postage and allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed.
