The delivery times quoted are provided by the carrier; however, in many cases your order may arrive sooner. UK Mainland next day delivery* Order by 1pm Monday to Friday to receive your order on the next working day via DPD (not available during sale periods). If your order is placed on a weekend, bank holiday, or after 1pm, your order will leave us on the next working day. This service is only available to customer living within mainland UK and excludes the following postcodes.
For UK mainland orders we offer a FREE returns and exchange service within 28 days of receipt if made via our courier, you will receive instructions on how to make a return in your parcel.

All N.Peal web orders are delivered in 100% recyclable cardboard boxes with tissue paper. A complimentary signature gift box made from FCS certified 100% recycled and recyclable paper is also available on all orders, this option needs to be selected at checkout and is optional to minimise waste.
